1- To raise creative individuals who have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, who constantly renew their personal and professional development, who are sensitive to the environment, who respect differences, and who can use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and the country.

2- Equipped with social responsibility awareness, sensitive to problems across the country, considering the public interest, taking an active role in the fields of education, research and entrepreneurship, providing services that will support the development and development of the city in which it lives.

3- Conducting interdisciplinary research that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respects ethical values, produces knowledge and technology with the aim of being an innovative university, and carries out research and project activities with qualified education quality based on university-society-industry cooperation.

4- Knowledge of the legislation pertaining to the teaching profession and the ability to comply with this legislation in their duties, rights, and responsibilities as a teacher.

5- Mastery of adapted physical education and sports/physical education and sports course curricula and pedagogical content knowledge implemented across different school types and levels (e.g., schools for the hearing impaired, schools for the visually impaired, special education schools, etc.).

6- Ability to make flexible plans, taking into account students' individual differences, developmental levels, sociocultural characteristics, environmental conditions, costs, and time when planning the learning and teaching processes in adapted physical education and sports courses.

7- Ability to create healthy and safe learning environments and appropriate teaching materials for students with special needs in their field, enabling effective learning.

8- Ability to implement effective learning by utilizing modern and developing special education models, strategies, methods, and techniques appropriate to their field of study, along with management skills that will ensure the active participation of students with special needs in the classroom.

9- Ability to apply and teach basic movement skills (movement, balance, object control, and combined movements) and specialized movement skills (athletics, gymnastics, swimming, basketball, etc.).

10- Ability to implement physical education and sports practices for typically developing students.

11- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs and plans tailored to the needs of students with special needs, prepare progress reports, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

12- Ability to develop and implement measurement and evaluation tools appropriate to the field and purpose for individuals with special needs, and provide constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders.

13- Ability to plan and execute school team activities.

14- Act as a role model for students with special needs by guiding them in their personal development and future planning, and by acting as a role model through their attitudes and behaviors.

15- Ability to demonstrate a supportive attitude towards student development by establishing effective communication and collaboration with individuals with special needs, colleagues, families, and other stakeholders in education.

16- Ability to ensure that students with special needs and their social circles are aware of the meaning and importance of national holidays and ceremonies and actively participate in them.

17- Ability to plan, design, and evaluate adapted physical education, sports, and therapeutic recreation activities in line with physical, educational, and social-cultural accessibility principles.

18- Ability to implement, sustain, and evaluate planned adapted physical education, sports, and therapeutic recreation activities.
